Photos – Please ensure your uploaded photos have good lighting and show their full head, our designers will crop it to perfection!
Multiple Faces – If there are multiple faces in your photo, please tell us which face you would like to be put on the socks in the Order Notes during checkout.
Preview – Due to the complex nature of custom artwork on our socks we cannot provide everyone with a mockup or preview of their finished product. Just trust us, you’re in good hands!
Production Time – Our custom sock production time does fluctuate based on the season and demand. We strive to ship all orders within 7-10 days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Time – Orders shipped in the US typically deliver via USPS within 2-5 business days of ship date.
Copyright – Please refrain from using any celebrity images or trademarked logos as your order will not be fulfilled. If an order is completed with a product bearing copyrighted images or trademarks, the customer will assume responsibility for infringement or authorized use of copyrights/trademarks.

Speedy Shipping and professional packaging

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will wrap your goods in accordance with our exact and exact specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. This is a sign of our determination to be the largest online retailer in the world. The warehouses are located in Europe as much as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time depending on the item.
Before shipping, all ordered products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order after 30 days from the date of purchase.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. The item must be in its original packaging.
